The Operations Recruiting Coordinator (RC) plays a crucial role in a fast-paced recruiting organization at a globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company. This position involves managing recruiting activities, building candidate relationships, and providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The RC is expected to be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in a top recruiting organization.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience
  • Exceptional time commitment and time management skills
  • Exceptional professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
