About the position

The Scheduling Liaison at Frankston Packaging is responsible for coordinating orders to the production schedule, ensuring efficient operations within the manufacturing facility. This entry-level position serves as a key point of contact among various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to maintain workflow and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Scheduling, Customer Service, Graphics, Plant Management, and other Manufacturing departments.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure all necessary materials are available for smooth workflow.
• Organize each Presses plate jacket racks according to the schedule and ensure adherence to the proper order.
• Communicate daily with the Scheduling Manager to note and adjust changes in schedules.
• Follow all safety rules and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of the workflow process in the plant.
