Responsibilities

• Train and match caregivers with clients.
• Schedule and consult with clients and families for needs assessments.
• Orient caregivers to client needs and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
• Management experience in a healthcare setting is preferred (home health, medical practice, or eldercare facility).
• Healthcare management education may be considered.
• Must pass a criminal background check and be willing to take on-call duties.
