We are currently hiring a Scheduling Representative for our West IONM Scheduling Department. This role involves answering a high volume of calls, scheduling cases, facilitating communication between clinicians and hospital staff, and managing data entry of scheduling requests. The position is fully remote, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time. Candidates residing in the Pacific Time zone and those with surgery scheduling experience are highly preferred.
