About the position

The Schneider Development Program offers a full-time Business Analyst position designed for recent graduates. This three-year rotational program provides hands-on experience across various teams within Schneider Electric's manufacturing, distribution, and corporate HUB sites. Participants will engage in multiple tracks based on their interests and backgrounds, gaining valuable insights and skills in business analysis, operations, supply chain, and more.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and define project scope and objectives.
• Conducting gap analysis and identifying process improvements.
• Creating and maintaining detailed business process documentation.
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Providing data analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Contributing to the development of business cases and project plans.

Requirements
