About the position

The Schneider Development Program offers a full-time Business Analyst position designed for recent graduates. This three-year rotational program provides hands-on experience across various teams within Schneider Electric's manufacturing and distribution sectors. Participants will engage in multiple roles, gaining exposure to different aspects of the business while developing their skills in analytics, leadership, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and define project scope and objectives.
• Conducting gap analysis and identifying process improvements.
• Creating and maintaining detailed business process documentation.
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Providing data analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Contributing to the development of business cases and project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Occupational Safety, Business/Data Analytics or related programs.
• Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other related internship experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate across the United States.
