The School Age Child Care Site Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the before and after school programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. This part-time role requires a passionate leader who can connect with the community and foster a fun atmosphere for kids while managing staff and program activities.

Responsibilities

• Finding new and engaging ways to help kids learn
• Being patient and kind with parents
• Assisting with day-to-day functions of the before or after school program

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of working with children
• High school diploma or some college credits
• 2+ years of Leadership/Supervisory experience in a child care setting
• Ability to pass all relevant clearances
