About the position

The ABA Paraprofessional will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in a school setting under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. This role focuses on supporting children with developmental disabilities and collaborating with educational teams to implement treatment plans and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services in a 1:1 school setting.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Student Analyst.
• Run various goals and sessions.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Model appropriate social and play skills.
• Collect ongoing data to track child's progress.
• Follow specified goals and accommodations per child's individual goals as directed by BCBA or other educational team members.
• Attend and participate in relevant trainings and meetings.
• Work collaboratively with school, the Clinical Supervisor, Treatment Coordinator and other professionals.
• Maintain appropriate ethical boundaries with other team members.
• Take ongoing data on all aspects of treatment.
• Maintain current and ongoing documentation of all activities.
• Create individual or group therapeutic and educational materials as requested by other members of the team.
• Participate in the development in instructional procedure.
• Enter all timesheet information into Central Reach.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors and leads.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Successful passing of background check.
• RBT Certification or willingness to become certified.
