About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at PSI involves providing essential nursing care and health support to medically fragile students in school settings. Requirements

• Current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing (required).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality (required).
• Basic knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication administration (required).
• Must have or be willing to obtain current BLS/CPR and/or First Aid certification (depending on position).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school health or pediatric nursing is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care and health support to children in school settings.
• Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing basic health care needs.
