About The Position
The School-Based Site Coordinator at Affinity Health Center is responsible for supporting multiple school-based sites in York County, acting as a champion for primary care and mental health care for children, youth, and their families. This role involves collaboration with school district staff, teachers, counselors, nurses, and parents/guardians to enhance access to medical and mental health services.
