About the position
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district team in Molalla, OR for the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to track student progress

- Provide staff training on behavior strategies and interventions
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
- BCBA Certification (required)
- Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required
- Experience working with students in a K-12 setting is highly preferred
