Responsibilities

• Transport students safely to and from school and other designated locations.
• Ensure the bus is in good working condition before and after each trip.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Communicate effectively with students and school staff.
• Complete required documentation and reports as needed.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in New Jersey with a valid CDL Class A, B, or C.
• Must have P & S endorsements for passenger and school bus driving.
• Valid DOT Physical and must pass DOT Drug/Alcohol Testing.
• Must complete and pass a background check.
• Must speak, write, and understand English fluently.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of driving experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children or in a school environment.

Benefits

• Weekly pay at a rate of $25 per hour.
