Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver RBT supervision to a team of highly talented RBTs in public, private and charter schools
- Develop trainings for RBTs and BCBA candidates
- Provide school consultation to public and private schools in PA and DE
- Conduct FBAs and develop behavior support plans for individual students engaging in high risk behavior
- Train teachers and paraeducators to implement behavior plans. Monitor fidelity of implementation and track progress
- Give trainings to school-based staff on behavioral interventions
- Provide systems-level consultation to special education programs serving students with intensive needs. Work with school leadership to define universal educational practices for autistic support and other specialized settings
Requirements
- Master's degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field
- BCBA certification
- Candidates appearing for BCBA exam or scheduled the BCBA exam (completed all fieldwork supervision hours) are eligible to apply
- Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to people with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges as a BCBA and at least 1-year experience consulting/working within a public school preferred
