Job description
We are seeking an experienced event and marketing professional to join our school leadership team. This individual will be responsible for school-based marketing and events to attract possible customers and retain current customers, both faculty and families. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop plans to execute and market events for the school. This includes calendar management and communication to the community on events.
* Exploit marketing opportunities on social media. Produce new sales opportunities with social media outreach.
* Establish and maintain company presence within the community through social media and community marketing, including chamber of commerce events.
* Produce faculty retention by acknowledging anniversaries of employment, celebrating birthdays, producing special acknowledgments and celebrations, and conducting check-ins with each faculty member throughout employment.
* Maintain professional standards with all employees.
* Enroll new families to ensure they feel prepared and connected as they join our community.
* Ensure the school is beautiful and well-kept.
* Oversee faculty development and classroom practices, including faculty observations, feedback, and annual reviews for Support Faculty Members.
* Support special programs such as monthly in-house field trips for the kindergarten program and the summer program.
* Acquire new capabilities through continued learning of fundamental business philosophies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred
* Proven experience in event planning and management
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, MetaBusiness Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience in budgeting and financial management for events
* Familiarity with tracking market trends and audience preferences

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
