Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling.
• Credentials as a school counselor in Texas.
• Ability to effectively supervise school counselor trainees and provide feedback.
• Knowledge of the ASCA National Model, school counseling practices, child development, mental health, and school cultures.
• Excellent communication skills.

• PhD or enrollment in a CACREP Accredited Doctoral Counseling Program.
