About the position

The School Office Manager at Foothill Middle School is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school office, ensuring efficient administrative support for staff, students, and parents. This role involves managing office procedures, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to the school community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and procedures.
  • Oversee student attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the preparation of school budgets and financial reports.

Requirements
