Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely processing of billing, invoices, reimbursements, and cash receipts.
  • Support the admissions process by maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory control for office supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team for preventive maintenance and compliance records.
  • Compile bi-weekly payroll records for review by the Head of School.
  • Create and manage the calendar of school-wide contracts.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in administration, education, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office management, school administration, or a related role, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM systems for tracking enrollment data.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with students, families, staff, and external partners.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to foster a collaborative spirit in the school community.
