About the position

The School Operations Support Coordinator at CS Partners is a full-time role focused on providing administrative and operational support to charter schools across Michigan. This position involves managing compliance data, preparing board meeting materials, and ensuring effective communication with school leadership and boards of directors. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare board agendas and packets, and attend board meetings to record minutes.
  • Maintain official records of the Board of Directors in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
  • Support Boards of Directors and School Leadership in implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collect and coordinate compliance data with other departments and schools to ensure timely submissions.
  • Manage email communications effectively and carry out various administrative duties such as filing and typing.
  • Work some evenings and travel to and from schools as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in web-based and Microsoft applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in a remote environment.
  • Self-managed and independent work style.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
