Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, including IEPs.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student growth.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student goals.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
