About the position

The Scientific Research Analyst position at ManpowerGroup involves providing technical support for research and innovation in the beauty industry. The role focuses on creating synopses of energy-based technologies, maintaining awareness of new scientific opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to support product testing and analysis. This is a contract position with a high potential for extension, requiring onsite work in Clark, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for R&I by creating synopses of new and existing energy-based technologies.
• Maintain awareness of new technical or marketing opportunities from scientific and technical literature, publications, and patents.
• Serve as a creative catalyst for potential new technology discoveries and/or new ingredient functions.
• Work closely with Safety and Analytical teams to support product testing and analysis.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Evaluation team to support clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing.
• Support technical dossiers for new products or modifications to existing products.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science is required.
• Strong communication skills to convey information to both expert and non-expert audiences (oral, written, presentations).
• Demonstrated skills in analyzing, reporting, and documenting information with attention to detail.
• Familiarity and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Patsnap is highly desirable.

• Experience in skincare and/or hair care.
