Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cell biology or biochemistry with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cell-based assays.
• 1 year of experience working in a commercially focused lab environment.
• Authorization to work in the US for any employer, indefinitely, without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based assays to support drug discovery.
• Conduct SOP-driven cell-based assays for sample testing based on customer requests.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot cell-based assays for profiling and screening projects.
• Generate reference data for assay qualification and marketing purposes.
• Create miniSOPs and SOPs while managing multiple tasks.
• Assist with inventory management and instrument protocol optimization.
• Maintain daily laboratory notebook entries and database documentation.
• Participate in and present at group laboratory meetings.
• Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required.
• Adjust work hours as needed to meet client deadlines.
• Adhere to site employee health and safety (EHS) requirements.
• Apply GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
