Responsibilities

• Build and manage global procurement models for Panasonic factories.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and arrange deliveries to customers.
• Monitor inventory and delivery status, checking purchase order balances.
• Negotiate with suppliers and customers, collaborating with logistics companies.
• Monitor logistics costs and ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the global procurement scheme.
• Communicate effectively with business associates, customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Maintain system master data for customers, vendors, and products.
• Collect and analyze logistics data to improve operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in global procurement or international trading.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business or Computer Science preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI or Tableau skills are a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or coding skills preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
