About the position

As a Knowledge Manager at CACI, you will provide specialized support for data management and knowledge systems at the US Southern Command. This role involves creating, testing, and maintaining customer record-keeping systems, ensuring compliance with government policies, and enhancing knowledge management practices to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement knowledge-related activities to optimize the use of knowledge assets under the KM framework established by the Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO).
• Guide efforts to identify and engage external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving the storage, access, and sharing of organizational information.
• Conduct KM-related training and user assistance for new arrivals and established users.
• Support functional and cross-functional teams by organizing and facilitating knowledge generation, organization, and access.
• Promote agile and efficient knowledge-sharing practices throughout the organization.
• Manage and design KM systems using Microsoft 365 (M365) and other approved technologies.
• Provide routine reports on KM assessment efforts, tracking staff element progress toward target metrics.
• Ensure the quality of information created within the organization and its accurate dissemination.
• Coordinate with Content Managers to ensure the currency and accuracy of organizational information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of recent specialized experience, or an Associate degree plus 3-7 years of recent specialized experience, or a major certification plus 3-7 years of recent specialized experience, or more than 7 years of recent specialized experience.
• Current Minimum Secret Clearance.
• Senior/high competence in the use of Microsoft Office 365 for managing KM systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience supporting Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and other cross-functional projects within the DoD or IC.
