- Align with sales leadership and stakeholders to ensure call monitoring efforts support broader business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining call scoring frameworks and feedback processes.
- Track key performance metrics such as call quality scores, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to measure impact.
Requirements
- Experience in sales management or a related field with a focus on call evaluation and quality monitoring.
