About the position
As a Host, a typical day might include greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing them with fast, friendly service. You will be responsible for assigning and escorting guests to their tables, monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to company guidelines. Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner is essential. You will work well with others as you will be collaborating with other hosts, servers, bartenders, support, and management. Remembering guest's names and utilizing them when appropriate is key to building guest loyalty. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and stocked work area and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- At least 1 year previous hosting experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant
- A neat and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
- Must have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
