About The Position
The position involves supervising leads and operators in the Screening department, overseeing production and operations, and creating and implementing improvements related to equipment, materials, and processes. The role includes processing corrective actions and mechanical maintenance of equipment, conducting yearly performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The individual will read work orders and processing charts to determine specifications, reject faulty assemblies, measure parts for accuracy, maintain records of production and inspection data, and manage inventories. Additionally, the position requires overseeing clean room maintenance and equipment calibration tracking, inspecting machines for operational performance, and analyzing test results to modify equipment as necessary.
