About the position

Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master who will play a crucial role in interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. The position involves leading the development process, ensuring high-quality code deliverables, and supporting implementation and transition activities. The Scrum Master will foster a collaborative learning culture, emphasizing teamwork, excellence, and respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Lead the development process and create high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Resolve impediments and engage others to address external blockers.
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Work with stakeholders on Release Planning, Product Roadmap, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience as a Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 6 years of overall experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies.
• Proficiency in JIRA Agile Story Management tool.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in a Global delivery environment.
