About the position

As a Scrum Master at Innova Solutions, you will play a crucial role in facilitating low to moderately complex initiatives within the Agile framework. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for process improvements within Scrum or Agile methodologies. You will engage in reviewing and analyzing basic or tactical Scrum Master assignments or challenges that necessitate research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. This role requires you to present recommendations for resolving these situations, exercising independent judgment while developing a comprehensive understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will provide essential information to client personnel, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this position should possess experience with Kanban methodologies and demonstrate the ability to escalate issues effectively. You will need to exercise independent judgment and employ creative problem-solving techniques to navigate challenges that arise. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, particularly those related to conflict resolution, as you will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is also required, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Agile tools for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as JIRA, is highly desirable.
