As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency, and identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies. Additionally, you will facilitate continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture while staying updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile methods.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Scrum.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile Coaching.
  • Associate's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in the Banking industry.
  • Experience with RTE.
