We are looking for a versatile and experienced Scrum Master and Technical Product Owner (TPO) to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of facilitating Agile processes with Scrum and acting as a technical product owner for Java-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a high-level knowledge of Java, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. This position is critical in ensuring efficient project delivery while aligning technical and business objectives. As a Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. You will ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed, identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, and work to remove any blockers to ensure a smooth workflow. You will help the team maintain focus on sprint goals, track sprint progress, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of sprint deliverables. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, promoting best practices, and facilitating process enhancements. In your role as a Technical Product Owner (TPO), you will collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and business analysts, to gather and refine requirements for Java-based projects. You will ensure that requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog, creating and managing user stories, and ensuring they are actionable and meet acceptance criteria. You will provide technical input and guidance on Java-related development, collaborating with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements. Furthermore, you will define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that the development team understands the product goals and objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, gathering feedback, and adjusting priorities as needed. Finally, you will review and validate completed work against acceptance criteria, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and addressing any issues or defects.
