Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in the adoption of Scrum methodologies and agile principles.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and facilitate discussions to implement solutions.
- Support the team in removing impediments to progress.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Nice-to-haves
- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
