About the position

The Capital Markets Scrum Master will play a crucial role in the Treasury technology team, focusing on delivering projects related to trading, investing, and asset management products and services. This position requires a blend of Scrum Master and Business Analyst skills, ensuring effective team coordination and continuous improvement within the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the team.
• Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
• Act as a spokesperson for the team, protecting and supporting team members.
• Drive the team towards successful project delivery.
• Enable continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
• Provide delivery management and oversight support for key projects within the GFIIT portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in Capital Markets or Treasury, focusing on derivatives, bonds, swaps, futures, fixed income, and options.
• A mix of Business Analyst experience is helpful.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Bank of America or in the Financial Industry.
• Regulatory Reporting experience.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with Quartz or Trading applications.
