About The Position
The Scrum Master for Enterprise Data Platforms will guide Agile teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to drive the adoption of SAFe principles and practices. This hybrid role requires the Scrum Master to work onsite in Vienna, VA for two days a week while managing team workflows, removing impediments, and facilitating continuous improvement. The position focuses on leading Agile teams, enhancing communication, and optimizing performance on complex, large-scale projects, with a strong emphasis on cloud applications, analytics, and SAFe methodologies.
