Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as well as other team meetings.
  • Assist the development team in removing impediments and ensuring smooth project progress.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
  • Align with other Scrum Masters to share insights and best practices.
  • Challenge the status quo, shape our working environment and processes with innovative ideas, driving continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Foster team autonomy and self-organization.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany once or twice a year.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Confluence is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, etc.).
  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 0 years.
