About the position

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in a growing MedTech company, responsible for managing Agile processes and ensuring efficient project completion. This position involves overseeing JIRA tickets, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Control JIRA tickets for the company
• Hold Agile ceremonies
• Ensure all projects are completed efficiently
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver projects on time

Requirements

• 3 or more years of professional Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Recent or previous experience working in the Healthcare industry
• Ability to travel weekly to the office

Nice-to-haves

• CSM or PMP certified
• Software development experience
• BS in Computer Science or similar degree
