About the position

Join one of the largest bottlers and distributors of the world's most iconic beverage brands! As a Scrum Master II in Swire's Data & Insights team, you will be responsible for facilitating the building of products that will empower our clients. Your role will focus on team health and effectiveness, overseeing and guiding scrum teams directly, while also advocating and advising on agile practices across Swire. You will facilitate and accelerate the work of multiple fast-paced, cross-functional teams through engaging meetings, transparent tracking, and promoting a positive and energized working environment. In this position, you will facilitate iteration events including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, team demos, and retrospectives. You will proactively identify and resolve impediments to prevent delays and guide continuous improvement efforts to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of the team of teams. Your expertise in collaborating with key stakeholders will be crucial in managing expectations and communicating any changes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain advanced beginner skills in analytical tools such as Power BI, Python, and Snowflake to pressure test, challenge, and celebrate developer decisions in the build process. You will also assist the Director of Insights, Strategy, Execution, and the VP of Enterprise Research and Analytics in teaching and structuring agile development practices for other teams around Swire Coca-Cola.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or similar applicable discipline required.
  • 2+ years working on cross-functional teams to produce technology products required.
  • 2+ years' experience structuring teamwork in a fast-paced environment required.
  • 3+ years' experience as a scrum master or in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience interpreting quantitative data to address business problems.
  • Familiarity with digital project management software (ADO, JIRA, or similar).
  • Scrum certification (Scrum Alliance or similar professional certification) preferred.

Nice-to-haves
