About The Position
The Scrum Master III at GM Financial plays a crucial role in guiding and coaching Scrum Teams to effectively apply agile values and principles. This position is focused on facilitating the Scrum Framework to enhance customer satisfaction while protecting the development team from external influences and impediments. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and visible, and will facilitate various Scrum events to promote transparency and collaboration within the team.
