This is a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager role who will support several high priority initiatives. Requires a seasoned, professional, and experienced scrum master with deep agile expertise as well as strong experience with waterfall project management who has proven success.

Responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge and experience across agile practices
  • Standing up new teams through 'sprint 0' activities
  • Leading efforts in support of Product Management to develop the product roadmap in alignment with the team's backlog
  • Understanding of both Scrum and Kanban team models
  • Facilitating all scrum ceremonies and practices
  • Leading teams consisting of both internal team members and external vendors
  • Proven experience measuring and leading teams to improve delivery predictability
  • Assessing teams' maturity through retrospectives, metrics, and observations
  • Developing and executing a coaching plan to drive continuous improvements
  • Providing coaching and training on targeted practices to enable improving a team's ways of working
  • Working in a scaled agile environment (i.e. SAFe, or other scaling framework)
  • Strong communication skills and relationship development
  • Understanding of Waterfall Project Management, including strong issues, risk management, cost management, dependency management, etc.
