All Points is seeking candidates to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on the new campus in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting IT networks, systems, and initiatives, which include information systems operations, development, modernization, and IT security. The team you will join is tasked with the development, implementation, and ongoing operations and maintenance of new applications each fiscal year. The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives is critical to the success of the FBI mission, as thousands of personnel in law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities rely on these services daily to perform mission-critical work. These applications require specialized technical expertise to minimize disruption to FBI operations. As a Scrum Master, you will execute Scrum methodologies throughout the product lifecycle. You will guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team's progress toward goals, lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, and build a high-performing team. You will coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. Regular agile sessions will be led to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations. Additionally, you will advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and standardization of processes. The role also involves providing SAFe 6.0 facilitation support, which includes guidance and facilitation of SAFe principles. You will plan and manage work while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across multiple agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first train focuses on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query, while the second train focuses on enabling operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA).
