About the position

The Scrum Master/Kanban Lead will support the Business-as-Usual Initiative, focusing on business resiliency while working with development teams in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Life Specialty Services (LSS). This role requires a strong background in Kanban and Scrum methodologies, with an emphasis on proactive leadership and communication skills. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site and two days remote work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business-as-Usual Initiative for business resiliency.
• Lead Kanban practices within development teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprints, and PI planning.
• Engage proactively with teams to drive performance and efficiency.
• Implement change management concepts and practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Kanban Lead.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Kanban methodology.
• Experience with business resilience initiatives.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
