About the position
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead agile project teams for a large financial client. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects while supporting two teams in the Architecture space. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Jira and Excel, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support two teams in the Architecture space.
- Utilize Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and effective communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Expertise in using Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Longevity in previous PM/SM roles.
- Previous leadership experience.
