About The Position
The Scrum Master leads a cross-functional team by guiding them in Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices through servant leadership. The role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning and agile maturity, while also ensuring the team meets its goals and improves performance metrics. The Scrum Master facilitates team meetings, removes impediments, and supports communication and collaboration within and across teams to enhance overall program effectiveness.
