Scrum Master SB

About the position

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile development processes, ensuring teams follow Scrum principles, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching the team on Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and continuously improve.
• Use Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) to track team progress.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members on Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
