About the position

The Scrum Master V position at Intellibee involves leading Agile adoption across teams and the organization. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and training teams in Scrum and Agile methodologies, facilitating workshops, and removing obstacles to enhance productivity. The Agile Trainer/Coach will play a crucial role in the enterprise transformation to Agile processes, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and fostering a strong Agile culture.

Responsibilities

• Coaching teams to adopt and practice Scrum and Agile techniques.
• Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Agile leaders to ensure successful implementation of Agile techniques.
• Developing Agile training materials and providing training for management and team members.
• Observing program and team activities to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Ensuring teams adhere to defined Scrum processes and frameworks, including status reporting and compliance.
• Working with teams to leverage appropriate tools and follow enterprise practices for consistency and metrics.
• Collaborating with management to strengthen the Agile culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Expert-level Agile certification(s) such as PMI-ACP, SPC, or CSP.
• Experience in delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization.
• Knowledge and experience in Waterfall project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Lean.
• Innovative thinking and ability to learn new tools and techniques.
