About the position

The Scrum Master V position at Randstad US involves facilitating the enterprise transformation into Agile processes. The role focuses on coaching teams and leadership on Agile adoption, conducting workshops, removing obstacles, monitoring training, and reporting on productivity improvements. The Scrum Master will also create standards and processes while providing training to ensure a smooth transition to Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coaching teams to adopt Scrum and Agile techniques, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Agile leaders to ensure successful Agile practices.
• Collaborating to develop Agile training materials and providing training for management and team members.
• Observing program and team activities, providing constructive feedback, and addressing impediments to Agile principles.
• Ensuring adherence to defined Scrum processes and frameworks, including status reporting and compliance.
• Working with teams to leverage appropriate tools and follow enterprise practices to enable consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
• Experience in delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization.
• One or more Expert-level Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SPC, CSP) preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in Waterfall project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices.
