About the position

The Scrum Master role is a hybrid position that requires expertise in analytics or business intelligence applications, project management, and cloud applications. The individual will lead agile development teams, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective resource management while guiding and coaching professional staff. The position also demands a strong understanding of advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization, particularly within the banking and finance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile development teams and meetings in an Agile environment.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure effective team performance.
• Guide and coach professional staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Develop strategic and execution-focused plans in collaboration with partner leadership.
• Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence applications to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Functional and technical expertise in at least one analytics or business intelligence application or product.
• Significant project management experience with a focus on advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization.
• Working knowledge of cloud applications such as Azure and Data Bricks.
• Proficient in software development and system administration.
• Significant experience in resource allocation and management.
• Experience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings.
• Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Agile principles.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking/Finance/Investments, familiar with terminology, concepts, and business processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• CSM and/or PMI-ACP certification.
• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
