About the position

The Scrum Master at Wipro is responsible for facilitating Agile project management practices within a SAFE environment. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and values.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress and navigate conflicts effectively.
• Utilize Agile project management tools such as JIRA for tracking and reporting.
• Support the team in achieving their goals and improving their processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values in a SAFE environment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to remove impediments and navigate conflicts effectively.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices.
• Experience with coaching distributed teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications.
