About the position

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in implementing agile principles within the Business Intelligence and Service Software Development teams. This position focuses on aligning team efforts with strategic objectives, enhancing productivity, and delivering value to customers. The Scrum Master will facilitate communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders, manage dependencies, and work closely with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and prioritize tasks. A strong emphasis on continuous improvement and a customer-centric culture is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Guide the successful implementation of agile principles in the BI and Service Software Development teams.
• Facilitate communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate efforts between teams.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies, and set priorities accordingly.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.
• Instill a customer-centric culture within the teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Agile Development and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Bug Tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and Epic Software.
• Experience in AB Testing and implementing best practices.
• Understanding of Burndown charts and metrics.
• Exceptional collaboration and team building skills.
• Proactive in identifying issues and impediments and providing solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
