Responsibilities
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
- Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel to facilitate Kanban transformative change.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
