The Associate Scrum Master at Apex Systems is a full-time role focused on managing and prioritizing the product backlog, setting expectations with the business, and facilitating team processes. Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Set and manage expectations of timelines with the business.
• Break down large projects into manageable tasks and distribute them to the team.
• Lead stand-ups and retrospectives, similar to a Scrum Master.
• Engage in business analysis by understanding and documenting business processes.
• Assist with manual testing and support QA automation efforts.
• Guide the business through testing processes and expectations.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and quick response to emails.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with the team.
• Experience with SQL Studio is a plus.
• Strong testing skills are highly desirable.
